When the name "Chukwumah T. Okolie" was published in the press following his identification as the victim of a murder, the first thing I found out was that Chukwumah (who went by "Terry") was also, himself, a murderer. He went to prison in 1999 when he was 17. He got out last year.
If there was every proof of my "two murderous peas in a pod" hypothesis, here it is. A convicted murderer who gets murdered.
This blogger has pointed out, time and time again, that in North Minneapolis the only difference between who gets murdered and who does the murdering MOST OF THE TIME is a simple matter of who got the drop on who. It's a terrible thing to say because you can't help but look at this guy's face and think he just seems...

So right away I wanted to find out who did Chukwumah murder and why...
