Peter "Spanky Pete" Rickmyer, the Level Three Sex Offender who has burdened the court system for years with gibberish-filled filings, is facing a hearing in federal court which could see him fined, sanctioned and/or declared a frivolous litigant.

In FEDERAL court.

Peter has already been declared a "Rule 9" frivolous litigant in Hennepin County District Court. He also faces a judgment of $20,000 held by Michael "Kip" Browne.
