Deontray Vashon Tate is accused in a triple shooting that injured two men and a four-year-old boy. To the credit of Tate, he is either a terrible marksman or wasn't actually trying to kill anybody. According to the criminal complaint, click here, Tate hit all four victims in the lower body. One media outlet is reporting the child needed surgery to realign his leg bones.
The argument which led to the shooting was reportedly sparked by the mother of the 4-year-old boy, described as the wife of one of the shooting victims.
