Duane Cedric Allen, I don't even know what to write about you. I figured there was a good story being hinted at by the jail roster when I saw six serious charges listed and bail of $30,000. But when I obtained the criminal complaint, what did I see?
The headline says it all. Instead of a colorful crime spree, all we have is a drunken dumbass who managed to meet the bare minimum criteria for a number of crimes, repeatedly, just by starring in his own one-man version of Dumb and Dumber.
DUMB was at 3:30 in the morning, when Allen showed up the first time drunk and yelling and shoving. DUMBER was when he came back at 9 a.m. the same day.
Allen's address on the criminal complaint is 2405 5th St. NE Lower Unit, Minneapolis, MN 55413 but on the jail roster his address is 801 Sheridan Ave. N., a rental owned by H & H Real Estate, LLC.
I don't know how to feel about this, Mr. Allen.
Disappointed, mostly.
