Gao Yang, DOB 8/23/86, is charged with stealing seven cars "mostly in the Fourth Precinct." He has a hearing on December 21st and citizens are being solicited for impact statements. Yang was allegedly driving a stolen red Honda with a stolen plate (off a different car) when a routine license plate scan hit the jackpot.
The jail roster reveals his address is 2918 Oliver Ave. N., which appears to be a home owned by relatives. His bail is set at $50,000.
