Level Three Sex Offender John James Fulkerson has never been featured on this blog before, but he achieved a minor degree of stardom on the Irving Inquisition blog when "The Eye Eye" gave him a new and obscene nickname, click here, and then managed to find out exactly where he lives: 3008 and 3010 Emerson Ave. N.
There, in what has been dubbed the "Rapist Village," Fulkerson lives in happy deviant harmony with Edgar Earl Lenear, which "The Eye Eye" has dubbed "a**hole Eddy the burglarizing rapist."
This blog post exists so that anybody who has information about Fulkerson, including links to court cases, etc.--will have a forum to post in not just today, but FOREVER. If we obtain more information about Fulkerson, this blog post will be updated accordingly.
We will make sure information about John James Fulkerson never, ever fades from the internet even if the information is no longer available on a Department of Corrections website. All Level Three sex offenders who move to North Minneapolis can expect similar treatment.

Interestingly, a search of Minnesota court records turns up nothing about Fulkerson. This is the first instance I've encountered where a Level Three Sex Offender doesn't appear to have an online record which I can easily turn up.
