Due to Lavelle Bible's distinct name, I just keep spotting him on the jail roster when he's charged with a crime or fails to register as a predatory offender, allegedly. Click here for previous story.

Most recently, Bible (who is a Level Three sex offender) is alleged to have broken into a home in Crystal.

It was back in April of 2013 when I spotted the name "Lavelle R. Bible" on the jail roster. He was charged with failing to register as a predatory offender and thanks to Bible's distinctive name I remembered, hey, that's one of the Level Three Sex Offenders who lives in North Minneapolis.

Funny how "Lavelle" is his name and "Level Three" is his title. Maybe he should change his middle name to "Three" instead of "Rossell?"

According to information posted on the Hennepin County Jail Roster on or about April 11, a man named Lavelle Rossell Bible was arrested and formally charged with failing to register as a predatory offender. The arrest happened April 11 and he was released April 17 on $1,000 bail.

Turns out Bible isn't just your run-of-the-mill predatory offender, but a Level Three Sex Offender who molested a female family member when she was 14 years old. Normally it's difficult to find the reported home address of a "Level Three" but every time they forget to register, their address hits the jail roster and (sometimes) this happens right when Johnny Northside is looking.
