"Who did the murder victim murder?"
That's the question I asked about Chukwumah Okolie, who was recently murdered on the Northside.
A little digging turned up the fact Okolie was convicted of murder in 1999. In fact, Okolie was on supervised release at the time he was found dead of multiple gunshots in a vehicle at 42nd and Fremont. The murder happened during an armed robbery.
