The Minnesota DOC hasn't updated its website as of this moment to reflect the fact Octavius Riddley is no longer a wanted fugitive, but was taken into custody on August 17. Riddley has been convicted of selling cocaine. Presumably he became a fugitive by failing to abide by the conditions of his release.
On the jail roster, Riddley's address is listed as 1911 Thomas Ave. N., a homestead owned by somebody with the same surname.
