Other than naming Jaylin Dubose and providing his address in Columbia Heights, (good God!) the complaint does not differ from the document filed by prosecutors against alleged accomplice-after-the-fact Kyle Hickman more than a year ago.

Jaylin Dubose, who was named as a suspect in the murder of Parrish Gray but disappeared off the streets of North Minneapolis, turned up in Chicago and was arrested there on October 1, as reported exclusively on JNS blog.

As of October 15, there were no local charges against Jaylin, but recent scrutiny of the jail roster shows Dubose was received on October 23 and is charged with second degree (not premeditated) murder...

Jaylin Dubose, who at one time was wanted for questioning in the murder of Parrish Gray but disappeared from North Minneapolis only to recently face arrest in Chicago, is NOT (I say again, NOT!!!) facing any charges at this time in Minneapolis. I managed to confirm today that no criminal complaint has been filed against Jaylin Dubose in Hennepin County.

Meanwhile, a "Prince Dula," whose profile was the subject of a recent blog posting about a "pistol brandishing" photo, has now changed his profile picture to the Chicago mug shot of Jaylin Dubose. The connection between "Prince Dula" and Jaylin Dubose is unknown but it would appear "Prince Dula" feels some kind of connection.

So far, I have been unable to learn what sort of charges Jaylin Dubose might be facing in Illinios but as far as I can tell he's still at the jail. His inmate number is 2013-1001148 and his "visiting day" is Tuesday from 3:30 to 8:30 PM.

An anonymous commenter to this blog asserted Jaylin Dubose had been arrested in Chicago and a little digging online confirmed this info. Dubose was arrested October 1, and the photo above is his mug shot for Cook County, Illinois.

Dubose has been wanted for questioning by Minneapolis police in the homicide of Parrish Gray. His status at this time--including whether he is still incarcerated in Chicago or even whether he is still wanted for questioning in the Parrish Gray homicide, is unknown.
