Two hours ago, the Star Tribune revealed the name of the man found shot Thursday at 42nd and Fremont Ave. N. is Chukwumah Terrell Okolie.
It certainly wouldn't be fair to say "Chuk" has an extensive record of criminal convictions, because I can only find one. But it's a case of quality, not quantity...
