Level Three Sex Offender Peter Rickmyer, pictured above, has been wanted on a warrant out of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma since the Hubble telescope was launched into space and Nelson Mandela was freed from prison, circa 1990. But Oklahoma County doesn't want Rickmyer back in their state, and so the warrant has been "non-extraditable" all these years even though the whole judicial system knows precisely where this fugitive child molester can be located, see address listed at the bottom of his recent court filing.
Just thought I'd mention that issue up front.
It was only the end of last month when I reported on a federal lawsuit filed by Rickmyer in federal court against this blog, a Minnesota Department of Corrections employee, and a host of others which was dismissed for, in summary, failure to state a claim...
