I often see predatory offenders on the jail roster, and sometimes I informally "register" their addresses by dumping information into the comments section of one particular blog post. But Stonewall Jackson Drain (yup, that's really his name) managed to rack up actual criminal charges for (I guess it would be fair to say) really, REALLY not keeping himself properly registered.
