Information just floating around on the Old Highland Listserv and forwarded to JNS blog by I'm-not-saying-who reveals the City of Minneapolis is THINKING ABOUT enforcing a state nuisance statute against John Adrian Handy. Handy has already been convicted once of animal cruelty but recently more dogs (illegal for Handy to possess if over 20 pounds) were found at his homestead by police; specifically at 1417 Fremont Avenue North.
