Yet Another All-Time High Is Reached As THIRTY-SIX Level Three Sex Offenders Are Dumped In The 55411 Zip Code...

It was only June 21 when this blog announced a dubious milestone:

Thirty-five Level Three Sex Offenders, the MOST EVER, were residing in the 55411 zip code.

Well, that record didn't stand very long, did it? As of today, there are THIRTY-SIX. Happy Fourth of July, North Minneapolis.

Residents of North Minneapolis are screaming about the problem, but obviously our cries are being ignored. JNS blog has been urging a lawsuit over this matter for, like, at least the last couple years.

Just for purposes of documentation, here are the thirty-six names...

It was March, 2011, when I last wrote a "Permanent Public Forum" blog post on a North Minneapolis Level Three sex offender, intending to make sure neighborhood residents will always have a public place to comment on these pervs and the still-burning issue of Level Three sex offender concentration in the 55411 zip code.

Also, there is the goal of "aggregate useful data and feed the hungry google bots."

Away from my beloved North Minneapolis neighborhood, I find myself gravitating to a bloggy task that relies nothing on geographic proximity and everything on digging up information via the internet. By my count, eleven Level Three sex offenders need their own blog posts. Twelve already have "Permanent Public Forum posts, and a select few--Harold Clayton Lacy, Kirk Douglas Green and, of course, the notorious Peter "Spanky Pete" Rickmyer have been the subject of blog posts where anybody could leave questions or info in the comments sections...therefore I see no need for a "forum" blog post to cover these guys.

Eleven Level Threes who have thus far escaped their own special little blog post will be seeing their pictures and whatever info I can dig up appear here in the next few days, weeks, months (however long it takes) with comment space reserved for those who wish to add more.

In addition, Tupac Toshiq Makavelli has a new mug shot and therefore will get his own special blog post, even though he has already been the subject of coverage on this blog, click here.

So, let us start with Richard Carpenter. Just what we need, huh? A sex offender with a not terribly distinctive name. He doesn't even have a MIDDLE name. Well, at least he's got a birthday...

(REVISED POST) Make That THREE Sex Offenders In One Building At 2226 Glenwood Ave, Five On One Block...

Acting on some information which came my way following a plea for the specific addresses of all Level Three sex offenders in North Minneapolis, I went to a block where supposedly five of them live. It is the 2200 block of Glenwood Ave.

My information said the names of two offenders were visible on the mailbox for 2226 Glenwood Ave, namely Richard Carpenter and Gerald Allen Buffet, both notoriously sick puppies.

Standing on the sidewalk with a telephoto lens, I could see the name "Buffet" because the letters were big enough to spot, but I could not see the name "Richard Carpenter" from the street. However, the information about both Carpenter and Buffet living at the same address was creditable and could be partially confirmed because Buffet's name was visible from the sidewalk. (Further information was received after this post was written indicating THREE Level Three sex offenders live at that house)

There are a total of five Level Three sex offenders, all on that same block...

There is an apartment building full of children on that block. Jordan "super citizen" Megan Goodmundson spoke to a teenager at the apartment complex, who informed us the residents were well aware of offenders living on the block, and had seen "teenage girls" going into the house at 2226 Glenwood. It was suspected drug dealing might take place on those premises, according to this resident. Two children's bikes were visible in the yard of the house right next to where the two sex offenders live. (It is not confirmed whether, in fact, three may live there...some further info is still being developed)

The house at 2226 Glenwood Ave. is owned by Anthony Zucker of Anthony R E Holdings Llc 4829 Minnetonka Blvd #203 St Louis Park Mn 55416. So far, the only information I've been able to turn up about Anthony Zucker is his association with 523 Morgan Ave. N., a tax forfeited property in the Harrison Neighborhood which he apparently acquired for $6,000, click here for more info.

I'd certainly be happy to receive more info about Anthony Zucker, and Anthony RE Holdings LLC.

ADDENDUM AND CORRECTION: Reliable information has come my way that a third Level Three sex offender lives at the same address, though I am unable to verify the name. I suspect it may be Michael Leon Dawson since I have reliable information the name "Dawson" is on the porch mailbox.

In light of the fact THREE rather than TWO sex offenders apparently live at the address, I have revised the headline of this post and the text accordingly.
