Jafaria Listenbee, DOB 8/21/92, reportedly goes by "Faria" on the street. According to a criminal complaint filed by Hennepin County prosecutors, Listenbee was part of a gang of youth that forced their way into a woman's home in Northeast.

Yesterday, Level Three sex offender (L3S0) Tupac Toshiq Makavelli appeared on a list of L3SOs in the 55411 zip code. Today, he has disappeared off the list...



Rumor has it--rumor which not only has it but made its way all the way to me--is Tupac is back in MNDOC custody. Tupac had something of a history of wandering around loose and unregistered, even as recently as December 2008. Well, I don't care why he's gone from North Minneapolis, I'm just glad he is, but if I find out which slumlord put him up on the 2400 Block of Logan Ave. N., I'd be very glad to spill that info. In fact, all slumlords in North Minneapolis should take notice: this blog has a right to publish information about who is happily, profitably hosting the dangerous Level Three sex offenders in our community--stacking in dangerous concentrations, though the law appears to say otherwise--and if you are involved in doing that, expect your name, home address, and other pertinent details to appear right here on this blog kind of like what happened for Cheryl A. McCluskey of 7957 McKinley Street NE, Spring Lake Park, MN, 55432.

Readers might wonder what Tupac did, exactly? Well, according to his old "Google cached" L3SO profile, he kidnapped a 17-year-old female stranger and "engaged in sexual contact including penetration," which appears to be the sanitized euphemism for BLOODY (EXPLETIVE) RAPE used by the folks who put these profiles together. For good measure, Tupac kidnapped a 15-year-old boy as part of the same incident.

One hears third hand about the Department of Corrections being all in a lather about the storm of publicity stirred up in the wake of Pete The Pedophile's gibberish-filled so-called lawsuit. One can't help but hope this increased activity and scrutinization of administrative duties somehow resulted in Makavelli going back to the pokey. However it happened, I'm just glad we're down by one, and I hope the count keeps going down in the coming weeks and months.

I predict it will. Watch and see if I miss my prediction.

Trustworthy information is now in my hands that Level Three sex offenders (L3SOs) Frederick Arden Hamilton and Richard Allen Thompson both reside in buildings owned by Cheryl A. McCluskey of Spring Lake Park, Minnesota.

2517 Golden Valley Road, which is in a splendid-looking building called "Granada Court" that includes 2517 through 2525 Golden Valley Road and is also the residence of sick puppy Richard Bernard Dawkins, click here for more info. (Unknown which apartment Dawkins resides in within the building)

If you were to stand in front of 1900 Thomas Ave. N., you could look to your left and see 2517-25 right across Golden Valley Road, as in the second picture from the bottom.

This dangerous concentration of Level Three sex offenders in my neighborhood MUST BE ROLLED BACK. Think about it: isn't it the responsibility of a landlord to know about the laws pertaining to dangerous, predatory Level Three sex offenders before renting to them? And since there is a law which limits concentration--and, really, isn't "concentration" something common sense can interpret?--how is a landlord NOT violating the statutory rights of neighborhood residents by putting AT LEAST THREE OF THESE SICK PUPPIES in one small area? I don't understand so, really, somebody...explain how one gets away with it? 

To Cheryl A. McCluskey: I strongly urge you to terminate IMMEDIATELY the leases of the Level Three sex offenders in your buildings to the point this "dangerous concentration" no longer exists. (Though, probably, you'd have to get rid of ALL the Level Threes in your building, because the concentration also exists in the neighborhood OUTSIDE your building)

Clearly, Ms. McCluskey, some kind of mistake has been made and Level Three sex offenders have been inadvertently concentrated in my neighborhood. So do the smart thing and undo the mistake and help my neighborhood. Your buildings look nice from the outside, and I firmly believe you may be one of the better landlords based upon what I've seen so far, but this concentration of Level Three sex offenders in your buildings...it's just not acceptable AND YOU ARE THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND MAKING MONEY OFF IT.

A Dangerous Concentration Of Six Level Three Sex Offenders In One Block...Including Richard Bernard Dawkins At 2517-25 Golden Valley Road

As part of my ongoing effort to obtain and publish the specific addresses of every Level Three sex offender (L3SO) in North Minneapolis, today I went to the 2500 Block of Golden Valley Road. Like the vertical portion of a capital "T" meeting the horizontal portion, so does the 1900 block of Thomas Ave. N. meet the 2500 block of Golden Valley Road.

And this wouldn't matter very much, except there are three L3SOs on the 2500 block of Golden Valley Road, and there are three on the 1900 block of Thomas Ave. N.

As the Minneapolis Crime blog wrote, there is a statute which is supposed to...

...protect neighborhoods by trying to limit concentrations of sex offenders. But it's pretty clear this statute doesn't mean anything without our neighborhoods SUING SOMEBODY and North Minneapolis has become a de facto dumping ground for dangerous deviants. Clearly, the state will continue to mass up the most predatory and dangerous sex offenders in our vulnerable neighborhood until we scream "Whoah! ROLL THEM BACK!" 

Well, this blog is screaming "Whoah! ROLL THEM BACK!" It is my understanding an ad hoc committee is meeting in Willard-Homewood about this issue today. God speed. 

The three L3S0s who reside on the 2500 block of Golden Valley road are Richard Bernard Dawkins, Dennis Dion Taylor and Richard Allen Thompson. The three who reside a short distance away, on the 1900 Block of Thomas Ave. N., are Frederick Arden Hamilton, Wil (sic) Isaiah Killian, and William Troy Thompson.

This part of Golden Valley Road is full of stylish old 11 or 12-plex apartment buildings, one of which is owned by slumlord Mahmood Khan. However, when Mahmood Khan was contacted, Khan specifically denied renting to Level Three sex offenders (at his building on Golden Valley Road) and asked whether he wouldn't be NOTIFIED of something like that, if a Level Three sex offender was trying to rent from him?

At this point, I know at least one of the offenders is residing at the building marked "2517-25 Golden Valley Road." I personally saw the individual who I can positively identify as Richard Bernard Dawkins enter that locked, secured building. Dawkins is a sick puppy who sexually penetrated a 10-year-old girl. He used to reside on the 2400 block of Portland Ave. S, but now he resides in North Minneapolis at 2517-25 Golden Valley Road, unknown which specific apartment within the building.

The building is owned by Cheryl A. McCluskey of 7957 McKinley St. NE, Spring Lake Park, MN, 55432. It seems likely she is the same Cheryl McCluskey affiliated with Cam Real Estate LLC, located at 2601 Golden Valley Road. My search hits kind of a dead end at this point, but I'd be happy to receive more info about Cheryl A. McCluskey, who is responsible for housing at least one Level Three sex offender in my vulnerable neighborhood, in a block where six of them are dangerously concentrated.
