Somebody out there knows what JNS blog loves for Christmas! INFORMATION!

So tonight it's an early Christmas because I am suddenly in possession of information I've wanted for a long time, which came figuratively wrapped in a big red bow. It is the old criminal complaint (known in Oklahoma as a criminal "information") about a serious drug and weapon incident involving Eric and Jerome Yzaguirre which happened in Atoka County, Oklahoma. Criminal pleas for both these young men stemmed from the arrest.

My regular readers will recall there is a long and twisted history with the Yzaguirres, involving actual and alleged criminal behavior by all three of the kids (Nicole, Eric and Jerome) wacky lawsuits filed by their suspended attorney Jill Clark, and even a recent shooting which very nearly claimed the life of Jerome.

Despite the persistently bad behavior of her brood, (or maybe BECAUSE of their bad behavior) their mother "Crazy" Terry Yzaguirre of the Mpls Mirror blog has been a persistently shrill critic of this blogger's attempts to clean up North Minneapolis.

The time has come to tell the sordid tale, as much of the sordid tale as I know, about a likely motive behind the shooting of Ladell Williams in South Minneapolis. I've already written about how homicide investigators wanted certain emails in my possession and I turned those over, click here. 

In summary, there was a scam being operated on the internet which involved something called "Purple Drank," which is prescription-strength cough syrup containing codeine and promethazine mixed with beverages like Sprite and Mountain Dew. Pieces of Jolly Rancher candy are added for, I would assume, flavor and sweetness. The drink gets its name from the dyes in the cough syrup.

So how does this all become a likely motive in the shooting of Ladell Williams?

Drug Charges In Oklahoma For Brothers Eric And Jerome Yzaguirre...

Eric Yzaguirre, who is the son of Theresa "Mpls Mirror" Yzaguirre, who makes it her unpaid business to pour derision on NoMi revitalization efforts, is not only facing domestic violence charges (with Jill Clark as his attorney) but in 2009 was involved in a side of the road drugs-and-a-gun bust in Oklahoma.

A firearm and FOUR POUNDS of marijuana were found in the car. (Joke font) That's enough to keep Crazy Town Mayoral Candidate Al Flowers high for, like, two weeks. (End joke font)

Click here for a small local news article about the bust, which also involved brother Jerome Yzaguirre. The two men were not residing in Oklahoma at the time but were, according to Oklahoma online court records, residents of Minneapolis.

JNS blog asks: Where were the drugs and gun going?

The Oklahoma news article was brought to the attention of this blog by an anonymous commenter. The online court records of the incident were then located. According to these records...

The bust took place in Atoka County and was made by the Caney police department. Caney has a population of 199 according to the 2000 Census, as related by Wikipedia.

For the incident, Eric paid a total of $1,757.50. His last payment was made January 11 of this year. Eric is known to live at his mother's South Minneapolis address, based on recent Hennepin County jail roster information. Unknown where he lived at the time of the Oklahoma drugs and a gun incident.

Brother Jerome got in more trouble for the incident. He was not only charged over the drugs, but for "failure to carry current security verification form" and a defective headlight. Plus possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. Ouch!

Jerome appears to have paid a total of $2553, with his last payment made September 12 of this year. The "completion date of deferred sentence" is July 28, 2014. His probation is described as "unsupervised."

These are, after all, the sons of the Mpls Mirror lady who pours scorn and criticism upon North Minneapolis revitalization efforts and has even risen up in defense of Peter "Spanky Pete" Rickmyer, a child molester. (Spanky Pete shares an attorney, Jill Clark, with Eric Yzaguirre)

Meanwhile, Theresa Yzaguirre's no account sons are firearm packing drug couriers.

Eric James Yzaguirre, 21, Charged With Domestic Violence (Guess Who's His Mother? His Lawyer?)

The arrest of Eric James Yzaguirre, age 21, wouldn't normally be worth any commentary whatsoever in North Minneapolis. Eric lives in South Minneapolis at 3539 12th Ave. S., which the jailhouse roster conveniently lists as "moms house." (That word "moms" really needs a possessive apostrophe) The house is owned by Theresa N. Yzaguirre. (Thank you, online property records) I should mention there are taxes due on the house. For this year AND for at least one previous year.

Yet the Hennepin County jail is filled with oh-so-innocent-UNTIL-proven-guilty folks, and normally what would this blog care about some South Minneapolis loser charged with domestic violence?

Eric J. Yzaguirre is, however, the son of Theresa N. Yzaguirre, who has made it her unpaid business to viciously attack North Minneapolis personalities and neighborhood revitalization efforts through her blog, the Mpls Mirror. (It should be noted the publication is, in fact, a one-woman blog with occasional contributors, though its format--like that of the grandiosely titled "IBNN News"--is more dressed up and pretentious than a blog)

Sonny boy Eric was arrested and jailed on November 1, received by the jail at 9:58 a.m. (Thank you, online jailhouse roster)

He was released from custody the next day, at 4:56 PM, thus spending the better part of two days in jail. None other than the notorious Jill Clark has been retained as his attorney, she of the utterly failed "true JACC" lawsuit (more on that later) and various other colorful North Minneapolis episodes. (Thank you, online court docket searchable by attorney)

This should be good. (Rubbing hands together)

Will Clark be alleging some kind of "conspiracy" against the dear lad for his mother's internet ramblings? Not unlike the deep and massive purported "conspiracy" against her other client, Level Three sex offender Peter "Spanky Pete" Rickmyer?

Just so everybody can see how serious all the charges are, here they are...

Note how there appear to be three separate instances in the courts, dated October 13, 18 and then October 28. The first instance is "domestic assault" and some really minor alleged property damage.

But then on the 18th we see a plethora of six charges, which all appear to be related to some kind of violent or ATTEMPTED violent incident, in the middle of which was an effort to make a 911 call, which was allegedly interfered with...yup, pretty much your standard domestic. It is unknown if these two instances represent different events, or merely the "piling on" of more charges by the prosecutor at a later date.

But then, on October 28, he's charged with violating a no contact order. He ends up in jail on November 1, gets released on November 2.

Now Jill Clark is his attorney.

Hard to say which of these things represents the worst luck.
