It is New Year's Eve and tonight some people will party too hard and get arrested. They will be embarrassed, ashamed, and will never forget the night they spent in jail because it will be the ONLY night they ever spent in jail.

These won't be the kind of folks who NORMALLY get arrested.

Therefore, I am making a strategic decision to publish the jail roster NOW, before 7:30 PM on New Year's Eve, before the partying has started. By my rough calculations, a select number of "infrequent flyers" of the Hennepin County Jail will have their names off the roster before I publish again near the end of January, 2014.

I can do that. I can show slack and mercy and catch the fish I'm trying to catch, not the fish who don't belong in the net...at least not as much.

A previous story covered a lot of ground about Proton Investments Incorporated, but there is so much more ground to cover as information pours into my email from sources in the neighborhood who have been upset with Proton for years.

Neighbors have been doing their own digging, compiling, even MEETING about this vile and problematic business entity causing endless problems on the Northside. My blog is simply promulgating relevant information, some of it in raw form, rather than digging it up or creating it.

I promised in my previous story to commit a "data dump" of one extensive document I linked, so Googlebots could chew up the info and feed it into search engines. That document is an attempt by one unnamed neighborhood resident to draw connections between Proton and other individuals and entities; linking by, for example, common street addresses.

The document contains no real assertions. It is a compilation of raw data which will hopefully attract more coherent and organized information. Readers with sensitive stomachs may want to look away as...

Yesterday I wrote a blog post about accused murderer Damin L. Shufford, who mainstream media said lived in New Hope (and lord knows he might) but in looking over the Hennepin County Jail Roster I found him listed at 3651 Fremont Ave. North. This address is owned by Assertive Minneapolis Properties LLC, a name that has been associated with nothing good since it first "pinged" upon the radar of this blog.

Extensive Criminal Complaint Documents Alleged Witness Tampering, Bloody War Between 1 9 Dipset And Tre Tre Crips Gang...

God knows I look at a lot of criminal complaints, and I've never seen the likes of this one. First of all, most criminal complaints are two pages at the most. This one is 14 pages.

The criminal complaint I have, click here for your very own copy, is against a guy named Hakeem Malik Dantae Flax, DOB 6/16/86, and alleged he engaged in two counts of accomplice after the fact, and two counts of witness tampering in the wake of a murder in 2006 of a guy named Christopher Lynch. (Flax is NOT pictured above, that's another guy involved in the plot, allegedly, whose name is Ramondo Bumpus)

Most of my readers probably caught wind of this story in the mainstream media, when indictments were announced against a whole slew of individuals for witness tampering, click here for online announcement by the prosecutor's office at the end of October. So there are apparently 10 criminal complaints that essentially outline the same facts of the murder of Lynch and witness tampering after the fact, years later.

Here's some background on the story.

In 2006, Christopher Lynch had the misfortunate of walking on the street with a cousin who was reportedly affiliated with the Tre Tre Crips gang, who are enemies of the 1 9 Dipset gang. (Note that it's "one nine," not "nineteen")

I feel terrible about this. While I have enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast and three days worth of leftovers, what have I given my little Googlebots to feast upon? Oh, sure, a couple really tasty articles about a Thanksgiving Day burglary, but when Googlebots think of a feast what they have in mind is the Hennepin County Jail Roster.

The jailhouse roster proved its value tonight, linking a name to the address of a shooting. That's just the value I, myself, received this preserved info TONIGHT. Who knows what value the search-engine-using world is getting out of the roster? Yes, publishing the roster is mere hackwork, but it's useful public service hackwork.
