$60,000 Judgment In Blogospere Trial Of The Century Vacated, This Is What Victory Tastes Like...

Photo, blog post by John Hoff

Months ago, when the Minnesota State Court of Appeals overturned the $60,000 judgment against this blog in Moore v. Hoff, one of my family members threw an impromptu victory party with a jar of caviar and some sparkling apple cider. And though the Court of Appeals made its ruling last summer, the actual and formal administrative action of overturning of the judgment took a little while and happened only yesterday.

So, in a sense, I am $60,000 richer.

It's not entirely clear to me why...

...it took so long to vacate the judment, though I suspect it involved attorney Jill Clark's elaborate pretense that Moore v. Hoff was somehow still at issue as she made bizarre filings in those last months before her law license was yanked for mental health issues. But yesterday the judgment in Moore v. Hoff was officially vacated, click here for court document.

This reminds me. I will have to get around to taking a victory lap and publishing more pictures of the various celebrations I attended when the ruling came down.

In the meantime, I am in pursuit of the judgment Jerry Moore owes me of $3,799.69. It won't be easy to collect since there are angry and betrayed baby mamas in line waaaaaaaaaaay ahead of me and they are trying to get their hands upon any thin dime earned or obtained by Jerry Moore, but I intend to try getting my little pound of financial flesh, as well.

And I will write, in glorious gory detail, about my attempts to collect until that money (every dirty penny of it) is in my hot little hand.

Congratulations. I owe you an order of 12 wings down at the Good Sports Bar and Grill on Broadway and 2nd.
They are the closest thing to the original King of Wings chicken wings.
The King made the best. Back then..

Has Jerry put on some extra pounds during the last year or so?
Hence the saying "Jerry Moore, the Moore the Jerrier"?
He hasn't been overdosing on chicken wings has he?
