At the time of the article, Ingram was identified as being from Bloomington. However, recent scrutiny of the Hennepin County jail roster reveals that Ingram lists an address at 2634 Colfax Ave. N.
This address is a rental owned by a Richard J Kedrowski of Stillwater, Minnesota.
Also, in what is either an ironic coincidence or an example of dark court system humor, Ingram's next hearing is on Valentine's Day, 2011.

Just some info on your photo. It's kind of blurry, but it looks like the egg case of a skate, a fish related to a ray. Some folks call it a Devil's Purse.
I'd heard that, actually, though I was told "sting ray." Your info is more specific.
Yeah, see, I have a commitment to putting an illustrative photo with each blog post, but I don't always have precisely the right photo. So sometimes I make some artsy, unorthodox choices.
The photo was taken in Virginia Beach when I visited my girlfriend's wonderful family.
Slight correction, babe, that beach in that photo was Nags Head beach, Outer Banks, N.C. Often seen on the Weather Channel with some low level reporter trying to stand up right in hurricane winds. LOL.
My memory that works really well sometimes is telling me that Richard Kedrowski is an elderly sick guy whose properties are now being managed by his son, or son in law... There was a lot of trouble with a house over in WH (26th and Upton?) and I think that was the owner's name. James Nelson (block leader, activist) would know. They went through the whole eviction process over there.
