Asia Mosley, 29, (pictured above) was one of the victims. She was reportedly shot TEN times in the neck, arms and pelvis. Only in Nomi do three women get shot, at what was allegedly a birthday party, at a duplex in the 3500 block of Freemont Ave North.
Reading Asia's Facebook posts she seems to have been planning to move out of town, as soon as her court case was over. Her Mother was also quoted in the StarTribune saying...
...Asia was ready to leave Minneapolis. Seems like a good plan. Many people I know are selling their homes or have recently sold them and are moving away. Who can blame them? Who wants to live amongst this chaos? Most of Minnesota looks forward to the hot days of summer, we look forward to the bitter cold of winter.

Pictured above is Sherrillyn Mosley of North Minneapolis, mother of the victim. You can read her interview with a local news station at the link above. Not surprising to anyone, they don't know who the shooter is.
Both of these women are Mothers. As a Mother I want to believe that this is not a case of "we don't snitch" and is really a case of they don't know. As a resident of North Minneapolis once again I want to know WHAT is the ETA on the new and improved plan to control violence and crime in North Minneapolis?
Perhaps another "crime summit" is in order. Perhaps this time we don't have the usual clowns at the table but those with some common sense. How about you invite the REAL people that LIVE here and see the issues from the inside?
I can't recall a time in Minneapolis when three women were shot at once. I can't ever recall five women being shot within week. We've Come a Long Way Baby!
I wonder if someone could possibly come forward and tell police who did this. I guess we shall see if it's okay to try and kill three women. Men are designed by God to cover women and be their protector, not gun them down!
