Former JACC Director Jerry Moore Denied Unemployment Benefits For "Misconduct," Reportedly Plans Appeal

Here is some info from one of the usual unnamed sources: former JACC Executive Director Jerry Moore was recently denied unemployment benefits and reportedly plans to appeal.

The benefits were allegedly denied on the basis of...

..."misconduct," specifically the fighting incident after the JACC board election which ousted the "Old Majority" executive board. Though Moore was never charged in the incident, arrest and/or conviction is not necessary to be denied unemployment on the basis of "misconduct," something which "New Majority" JACC Chair reportedly brought up during an executive (closed) session of the JACC board.

As always, Jerry Moore and individuals associated with him, such as Fifth Ward Candidate (Maybe) Kenya McKnight and public figure Ben Myers are welcome to forward information and/or submit comments using the comment function, especially if they were to believe the information is incorrect, incomplete, or taken out of context.

Maybe he can use his former "associate" Larry Maxwell as a reference on his resume!
