Star Tribune Article Is Online About Johnny Northside "Truth And Consequences" Court Ruling...

Photo by Megan Goodmundson, blog post by John Hoff

Within several hours after being notified about the recent court ruling in the Jerry Moore v. John Hoff court battle, the Star Tribune had an article online.

Here is a link to the article.

My favorite part is how it casually mentions Moore's involvement in mortgage fraud. After all, Moore sued me for defamation for saying he was involved in the mortgage fraud at 1564 Hillside Ave. N.

Now every single article pointedly mentions his involvement.

This case and the issues surrounding the mortgage fraud at 1564 Hillside Ave. N. continues to snowball into the FREE SPEECH COURT BATTLE OF THE CENTURY.

You still don't get it do you. The comments in the Strib are pretty much against you because people read the link to the Judge's ruling.
You will never win at appeal. You just don't get that you cannot use your blog to trash people.
The saddest part is that you son has to know what a pathetic parasite his father is. I feel very sorry for him.
Prepare to be sued again.

Hey John,

I am a law student at UCLA and our professor will talk about your case tomorrow in class. He also wrote an article in his blog, which is favorable to your situation:

Keeping Moore on with his job dealing with foreclosures is like having the FOX guard the HEN HOUSE, for gosh sakes, ya morons.

To The Law Student At UCLA,

I hope that when my long deployment to Afghanistan is over that I one day have an opportunity to meet your professor, who knows almost as much about this case as my own attorney.

To the Anonymous Who Says I Will Never Win On Appeal...

Need your name, so that when I win on appeal I can be specific in saying I told you so.

Lol, I love you John. I'm being serious too.

You always claim to be one of those boring journalist types, you know, worried about the greater good and "right to know" stuff, but you are a bad ass through and through.

You are most worried about sticking it to people who deserve to have their lives ruined, and I salute you!

John Hoff does Karma's job for her.

Karma is a her?

You got her number?

Ya. That's what you said about your Settle sidewalk obstruction case, and your recall election, the Appleton property case, and your speeding ticket...
Face it. For a guy with a law degree you are a miserable failure.
You haven't/can't succeed at anything you do so you take your frustrations out on other people, most of whom are minorities and people who do not have the means to fight back.
And for those who do have the power to fight back, you run and hide. In this case you made special arrangements to get deployed to avoid further court actions and lawsuits.
You appear to have even failed as a father. You don't keep promises to your son. And there is even video posted where your own son says he has a system to make it look like he's busy concentrating so he doesn't have to listen to your mindless banter.
John Hoff is the most pathetic excuse of a man I have ever read about.
And the saddest part is the only thing you gleam from all the comments that get posted is that you see bad grammar. Truly a sign of a mentally disturbed mind.

I will be the one saying, "I told you so".

MY, how anonameasses can continually insult a man who is serving his country in one of the most hostile places in the world and be slandered like he is.....oh, wait, these are anonameasses so on to talking about people that really exist and have the greasy balls to spew their respective name or names, or at the fucking least, a goddamn moniker.... no chance. If a person experiences loud explosions and heavy gunfire and have developed a strong fear reaction to these events, these individuals may react the same way when they hear a car backfire or some other loud noise. This can make life difficult, so i understand why you might not want John to know your identity. Us veterans stick together and take it personally when a fucking wannabe Neanderthal displays the cowardly notion to talk their smack behind whatever skirt that they are hiding behind. Bad rat!! Very bad! I think folks that use an anonameass entry have never gotten over the fact that they couldn't breast feed forever and were forced to lick the toilet lid clean while potty-training. So, all of you blooming anonameass butterflies who have yet to master the Etch-a-Sketch, take your respective, maladaptive abnormalities and throw a panic fucking disorder get together with a special session of doing something to yourselves that may not be humanly possible. Good Day.

I just love the part about "special arrangments" to be deployed to avoid dealing with lawsuits.

Like, oh, yeah, I really want to avoid...

1.) A lawsuit that I'm all lawyered up for, with amicus briefs and everything, a lawsuit that will be overturned on appeal and give this country an even greater legacy of free speech, of that I am confident.

2.) Spanky Pete's crazy stuff that ALWAYS gets kicked out of court.

Right, for THAT I would go to Afghanistan and take my turn, for example, manning a guard tower that got destroyed by the blast wave of a suicide bomber about 48 hours after I last took my turn manning it.

No, I am in Afghanistan because, not in any particular order...

1.) To earn, with blood and sweat, the post-911 GI Bill for my son, so he can achieve his goal of going to MIT to study mathematics and robots without being burdered by student loan debt.

2.) To earn money to pay my bills and my debts, any way I must.

3.) Because of my personal reaction to what happened on 9/11 and my father's legacy of service during time of war.

But, you know, it's a free country and we have freedom of speech, so the trolls are going to say what they're going to say, in this forum or some other forum.

Oh, look, the troll is showing off its spelling ability.

Note, above, correct possessive form of "it."

We will make an articulate commenter out of you, yet, troll.
