The mainstream media seem to lose interest in a Northside homicide as quickly as the body cools off or a suspect is arrested but this blog...
I follow up. And follow up. And just keep following up.
Meranda Jean Erickson, who was present at the death of fugitive Landon J. Pederson at 2401 Ilion Ave. N., was facing a raft of serious charges as I reported back in mid-August.

HOWEVER, just because she beat two charges doesn't mean justice was denied.
Erickson is now in prison and won't see supervised release until October of next year. Which really isn't very long, is it? But, well, it's something.
