Hezekiah Hamilton, who was a suspect in the murder of Jody Patzner, Jr., was sitting pretty when police released him after questioning. Word was he remained a suspect but could police charge him with anything? They could not.

To make matters worse, Hamilton was convicted in May of this year (that's the month before June, if you're keeping score) of 5th Degree Drug Possession. He was sentenced to three years but sentence was stayed. On October 25, his sentence was amended. Looks like he's still on probation but has a probation violation hearing scheduled for November 13.
However, a check of the jail roster shows he's not currently incarcerated. Hopefully, Hamilton won't be a suspect in another MURDER before he gets to court in about a week.
The criminal complaint shows Hamilton's current address is 3006 Newton Ave. N., Apartment 2. This is a homesteaded property owned by Ronald C. Goldbeck of the same address.
