Court Judgment Scofflaw Jerry L. Moore Rumored To Be Working For Brett Buckner's Fifth Ward Campaign...

Comment And Criticism, blog post by John Hoff

Jerry Moore, the disgraced former Executive Director of Jordan Area Community Council (JACC) who sued this blogger for defamation, only to have a jury determine the alleged defamatory comment was, in fact, TRUE about him being involved in a mortgage fraud...

Is back. He is back and sticking his nose into Fifth Ward city council politics, even though Moore reportedly lives in Brooklyn Park or is it Brooklyn Center? I don't have the address with me at the moment, though it is on court paperwork mailed to Jerry a couple weeks ago ordering a disclosure of his income and assets.

Anyway, I am told by a reliable source, who passed on information from a second and known reliable source, the following...

Jerry Moore is definitely back in Minneapolis.  He was at a Fifth Ward Candidate Forum tonight.  He is apparently working on Buckner's Campaign.  He was also very buddy, buddy with Kris Brogan.  If you could pass this along to John (...) I'd appreciate it.  Take care.

A couple days after I received this email, I was texted by yet ANOTHER source (again, very reliable) who told me Jerry was spotted at a recent mayoral forum.

Anybody who sees Jerry Moore is requested to ask him, on behalf of Johnny Northside, when Moore will pay the $3,799.69 judgment that he owes me or will I have to get a contempt of court order and throw his sorry ass in jail?

As for Buckner's chances of winning, I wouldn't bet 69 cents of my uncollected judgment on THOSE long odds.

He looks like a clean-cut young man. Nice sweater. Attach to him like velcro. I am sure he would want that, and that's why he hasn't paid you. To attract your attention even more than otherwise. Great strategy. It has worked.

Like Bill Buckner from the '86 World Series, Brett will commit an error Moore or less., now how about Mr. Ian Alexander? Let the northside rally around a sound candidate. Vote Ian!!!
