The house at 2619 Newton Ave. N. doesn't look like this anymore. It was torn down not long ago, as reported here on JNS blog. The house had sustained tornado damage and reportedly looked WORSE than the photo above.
Currently, another house is being built there. A permit was pulled not long ago to "rough in" the plumbing, so I doubt the house is ready for anybody to live there.
And yet Wayne Barlow, accused of stealing a woman's car from a downtown parking garage, is listed on a criminal complaint as residing at this address. Click here for the criminal complaint.
According to the complaint...
...a woman parked her 2003 Honda Accord in a ramp located at 110 7th St and, a little while later, realized she'd locked her purse and keys inside. The woman went to her office to "call somebody to open the door." It was about half an hour later that she returned only to find her car gone and broken glass on the ground where her vehicle had been parked.
However, a security guard was able to provide photos of Wayne Barlow and later identify him. The security officer said three other vehicles had been broken into recently at that same ramp.
Meanwhile, the woman suspected her credit cards were being used so she was checking on her cards. Sure enough, somebody had purchased $300 worth of stuff at the downtown Target store. Officers went to the store and were able to apprehend Wayne Barlow with the female's credit cards in his possession and Target gift cards.
Barlow was already on probation for a similar felony offense.
In regard to the address where he reportedly lives...
I do wish that police, prosecutors, and in particular the jailers at the Hennepin County Jail would get a little more excited about making sure they have the correct address for suspects, instead of filling official records with fanciful claims by suspects to live at addresses where, clearly, the suspects do not live or, worse yet, addresses that don't even exist.
Addendum, late May, 2015:
Somebody with the Blogspot identity "Wayne Barlow" came to this blog and said something along the lines of "take this down or I will sue for defamation."
In response, JNS blog notes that my attorney for civil cases involving acts of "malicious truth telling" by this blog (allegedly) continues to be Paul Godfread, who previously won fame for his successful defense of this blogger in Moore v. Hoff.
Also, here is the "rap sheet" of Wayne Barlow whose birthday matches the birthday in the criminal complaint linked in this blog post.

I don't get why some retards think they will get away with credit card stealing. there's cameras everywhere we go nowadays, at least higher some dumb younger kid to buy the stuff for you with the card lmfao!
This guy stole anything that wasn't nailed down and broke into numerous automobiles and snatched purses and mugged old people. He was bailed out by his relative Tim because his daddy, Wayne Sr.,wouldn't.
