Police Arranged Heroin Bust At Nasty Little Star Foods, 818 Lowry Ave. N.

blog post by John Hoff

This April, an undercover agent working for the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension arranged a fake heroin buy with Keon Malone Mangun, who turned up at Star Foods, 818 Lowry Ave. N. Click here for the criminal complaint.

Star Foods is a classic "inconvenience store" and is owned by the same guy who owned E & L Food Market before fate did us all a favor and E & L burned down...

It's pretty interesting that Mangun was picked up for trying to sell heroin. He has been charged in the murder by heroin overdose of a woman in Little Falls, click here.

And yes, in case anybody was wondering, I do think it's funny his name is "Mangun" and I think the other prisoners will have a lot of fun with that name. God bless the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for scraping this pile of crap off our streets.

Oh, that asshat is planning on rebuilding E&L in the same spot, I'm told. Ick ... that whole area there at Lowry & Emerson is gross.
