Police Finally Catch Up With "Church," Prolific Drug Dealer Who Allegedly Sold Fatal Heroin At Nasty Penn Wood Market...

It was back in February of 2013 when this blog reported on Devon "Church" McFerrin, who allegedly sold fatal heroin at the nasty little Penn Wood Market "inconvenience store." Mainstream media were all over the story, but this blog was able to add to public discourse about "issues of the day" with a copy of the criminal complaint and digging into the two addresses associated with McFerrin.

At the time, of the story police were "seeking" McFerrin...

It looks like a case of "seek, and ye shall find." The Hennepin County jail roster is showing McFerrin was picked up on January 29 by the Hennepin County Sheriff's office. With charges like that you'd think he would have left the country, changed his name and gotten plastic surgery. But considering the arresting authority, looks like McFerrin never left the county...

This makes him dumber than the characters in "Dumb and Dumber," who at least knew how to take a road trip in a van made up to look like a giant dog.

McFerrin is being held on $300,000 bail.

I think you meant to type, "discourse," not "discourage."

Yes, thanks for catching that. I went and fixed it.

Hope he didn't have any plans for the next ten years...

I live near Penn-Wood. The people who work there let thugs sell their pirated C.D.s and their drugs right in the parking lot. Walk in the store and you can smell the Hydroponic... after I left I was worried if I could pass my employers piss test.
Don't get me started on the sex offenders that like to hang out in the store drinking their coffee in the morning while looking for their next victim. The nighttime clerks are as guilty as the thugs.
