Remaro C. Smith, who has been repeatedly, emphatically and publicly named by June Leikas as the person she suspects responsible for the death of her daughter, Annshalike Hamilton, whose gruesome murder remains unsolved and pretty much ignored by all media except for this blog, has a parole violation hearing at the end of April...
Smith, who was involved in a tense standoff with police at a hotel room, click here, just can't keep himself out of trouble.

Side note from JNS blog: if any reader can find a news article about Smith's standoff at the hotel, please copy all the text and post it in the comments.
Apparently you just can't trust the mainstream media to maintain their articles on the web. After they've published their story and sold their ads they forget about the fact people may need the information months or years later.

ROSEVILLE
Man charged after 4-hour standoff
A man who engaged in a four-hour standoff with police at a Roseville Super 8 hotel last weekend was charged Tuesday with making terroristic threats.
Remaro Cordell Smith, 23, of Minneapolis, remained in the Ramsey County Jail on Tuesday with bail set at $30,000.
According to a criminal complaint, Smith -- wanted for fleeing police, discharging a firearm and a drug violation -- was tracked down early Saturday by a bail bondsman at the hotel at 2401 Prior Ave.
Smith saw police in the hallway of his hotel, ran into his room, shut the door and yelled that he had an assault rifle and 100 bullets (a later search of Smith's room turned up no such weapon).
"Anyone got a wife or kid at home gonna get it if they come in this mother(expletive)," he yelled, according to police.
Police evacuated the hotel and, after several hours, fired tear gas into Smith's room.
After being arrested, Smith said he had "wanted to make people think he was 'dangerous and crazy' to buy time to figure out a way to see his girlfriend again," the complaint stated.

JNS blog (heart) readers.
The fact that he was released is just so stupid it is laughable. But probably not so laughable to her mother but of course Anna was just a poor black teenager. You reported more on it then our supposed city papers. It makes me sick.
