First Weekend Gun Crime Arrest, Fresh And Hot Off The Jailhouse Roster: RONNIE JAMES WOODS...

As promised, I am publishing information about anybody with a North Minneapolis address arrested this weekend for an alleged gun crime. This is my way of supporting MPD's "saturation patrols" for guns and drugs.

Checking the roster first thing Friday morning, so far only one fish has turned up in my bloggy net, but it's a fish with lots of criminal history...


Ronnie James Woods, DOB 10/16/61, was received by the jail at 43 minutes after midnight. In addition to facing possible weapons charges, the roster lists drug charges, (not small amount of marijuana) violating a domestic abuse no contact order within 10 years of a previous conviction, (that's on a bench warrant from Bloomington) and there's also a hold placed on him by the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department.

Woods reportedly lives at 4045 Colfax Ave. N., a rental owned by Justin Bryant, the taxpayer listed as Mission Inn Minnesota, Inc. of 4630 3rd Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN.

Woods has a list of past criminal charges, and here they are. Not all of these are convictions, but a bunch of them are.
