JOSE SABINO DAN MALDONADO-MONTOYA has been sitting in jail since April 4 of this year, his bail set at a quarter of a million dollars. He was arrested for drug crimes allegedly committed at Lake Street E and 21st Ave. S. on the same date as his arrest according to a "community prosecution" website operated by the Hennepin County Attorney, click here.
Maldonado-Montoya is formally charged with "controlled substance, narcotics" and has charges listed that include "not small amount" of marijuana, but also three charges totaling 60 grams of hard, hard drugs in the cocaine/heroin/meth category.
His home address is listed on the jail roster as 2203 Sheridan Ave. N., a home owned by Thomas Rodriquez (sic) with the taxpayer listed as Yuridia Lopez, 17 White Bear Ave. S., St. Paul, MN.
