As expected and predicted, click here for previous blog post, Khameron Duvall Lake has apparently violated his geographic restriction...
On November 4, a longtime resident was taking another longtime resident to a polling place, and spotted Khameron walking on the south side of Lowry Ave. N., between 4th St. N. and 6th St. N. He turned and walked down 4th St. N. He was wearing a red shirt at the time.
The person who spotted Khameron knows him well and can recognize him. In fact, Khamerson saw her drive past and GLARED at her. At first, this resident thought, "Oh, no, he'll realize I'm not home and break into my house." But then she remembered, "Hey, I have a new alarm system."
So she drove to the polls and voted.
We've let folks in "the system" know about the likely violation of geographic restriction, but we can't really hope for much. We figure Khameron has "fallen off the wagon" and he's using drugs again, so soon enough he can say goodbye to the apartment in (blank) and the job with (blank) (blank) making (blank).
But we'll see what we hear back. We shall see.
Being the amazing, true-to-life adventures and (very likely) misadventures of a writer who seeks to take his education, activism and seemingly boundless energy to North Minneapolis, (NoMi) to help with a process of turning a rapidly revitalizing neighborhood into something approaching Urban Utopia.
