It was late April of this year when the total number of "known and counted" sex offenders in the 55411 zip code hit an (apparent) all time high of thirty-four, click here. I say "known and counted" because a document recently came to my attention which outlines how there are sex offenders not listed on the DOC website who are in programs like 180 Degrees and Damascus Way. 

So the actual number is higher. But the "known number" now stands at 35, a new all time record.

...Rafiq Zareef Muhaymin, who has the misfortune of being a name that I recognize as a relatively recent addition to the roster. He raped a 21-year-old female, a stranger, hitting her repeatedly with blunt objects and injuring her. He encountered the victim in a public place and forced her to accompany him.

This guy lives on the 1900 block of Thomas Ave. N. where SIX OTHER SEX OFFENDERS live, the highest concentration in all of Minnesota. There are ENTIRE COUNTIES with no Level Three Sex Offenders (Todd County comes to mind) but this single city block in my neighborhood has been saddled with SIX of them.
