Christopher Dewitt Bell Convicted On Drug Charges, His Address Is Alleged To Be A "Buildable Lot" Owned By CPED...

Christopher Dewitt Bell was sentenced yesterday for first degree drug possession and is on his way to prison to serve an 84 month sentence, according to online court data. Bell is sitting in the Hennepin County Jail this moment, no doubt waiting for the bus or van which pulls up from time to time and picks up a load for the big house. What sort of music plays on the radio during the drive to St. Cloud, where all new inmates are processed?

Here's what I would pick...

According to the jail roster, Bell's address is 2611 Penn Avenue North. This is odd because, well, that's a property owned by CPED. Even more odd is that a relatively recent document lists the property as a "buildable lot." So what's the deal? Has Bell been in the jail all this time with an address listed that has no basis in reality? Or does he actually live on a "buildable lot"?

This is probably yet another example of an inmate of the Hennepin County Jail listed under a nonexistent address; though what exactly constitutes "nonexistent" is a rainbow of variations. I would think that, at some point prior to him being sentenced for a FELONY, somebody would catch this kind of error BESIDES a blogger.

It appears from your report that for the near future any address he may give authorities will be both easily verified and accurate.

I don't have any idea what race Mr. Bell is. He is just a name on a jail roster and MNCIS to me. I judge him by the content of his character.

to judge by content of character you must know somebody personally. you know none of this about this guy, and not even his ethnic heritage; your railroading and harassment of black people will haunt you and by the way, take on some white bike gangs and how bout the Beat Down Posse? I THOUGHT SO.

That is true. You must know him personally if you are to judge him based on his character.
