Here is a photo and a close-up of the transaction which happened after Exposed Breast Woman (now on the far right) emerged from the red truck. Note object gripped in the stripe-shirted dude's left hand. It's not apparent in the photo, but when watching the video one can see this is a plastic baggie containing a white or yellowish-white substance.
3020 6th St. N. is involved in the transaction because one of the participants in this transaction (not here pictured) walked into that address...in fact, she walked in right after a police car drove by, and she was careful to take a brown paper bag with her.
