Official Notices--There For A Reason, Fellas
So often the various "official notices" are just ripped off the doors by some angry individual, and dropped on the ground. These documents contain valuable official information pertaining to the property, so I try to preserve the notices and put them back where they belong. Here's one just a bit beyond my block perimeter that I reposted with two nails. (Do not click "Read More")

What does the notice say? Is there a color-coding, or is it just whatever neon paper is available?
There does seem to be color coding, yes. Red notices are for condemnation, and the neon yellow notices are for something else...I'm not sure just at this moment how to describe it, but it's the step before condemnation.
There are also bright orange notices saying the utilities have been shut off. And sometimes you just see...like, paperwork posted to the house, stuff from court as part of the foreclosure process.
