Me and my handyman "Scuffie" were replacing the door to my house, when this guy showed up and stuck a sign in the yard next door. His presence means the house has been foreclosed.
He was cool with letting me take his picture. I gave him the old sign from the yard of my house, or at least the metal prongs--since the phone number had changed.
Waste not, want not...of Mother Earth's resources.
