Stuff You Find While Picking Up Litter On The North Side Photo Three

The usual thick, worthless phone book made from virgin Canadian forests so it can become a plastic bag full of wood pulp slop on the doorstep of an OBVIOUSLY vacant house.
My suggestion: delivery of phone books should be considered littering when the house shows painfully obvious indications of being vacant. There ought to be a city ordinance.
