Photo and blog post by John HoffJNS blog has heard from a trusted, reliable, and highly-placed source that notorious mortgage fraudster Larry "Maximum" Maxwell had a court hearing about a week ago. Maxwell's victims--Jon Foster and his wife, Melony--were reportedly in the court room. This blog is awaiting further details but I strongly suspect it was some kind of appeal to slide out of punishment or say there were technical problems with the court proceedings.
