Thanksgiving Dinner With The Fosters, A Leftover Blog Post...

Photo, blog post by John Hoff

This is what you might call a "Thanksgiving leftovers" blog post, but one good turn deserves another even if the second turn takes a little while. This year I celebrated Thanksgiving with John Foster and his wife Melony Michaels, who were the victims of identity theft in the scam at 1564 Hillside Ave. N., in which Jerry Moore was involved.

Yummy. Pass me some stuffing to enjoy along with that meaty sentence. To think what I've endured in the courts to be able to write that sentence. Involved. Jerry Moore was so involved. Click here for a never-before-published-on-the-internet affidavit in which the victims of the mortgage fraud swear to what they believe was Moore's role. If anybody knows Jerry Moore's current address or job, please drop me a line. I have a judgment to collect.

Anyway, I not only enjoyed Thanksgiving with the Foster/Michaels family but days worth of leftovers. Their civil trial concluded on December 3 and now we just wait for a verdict. Here's hoping next Thanksgiving will be a look back at overwhelming, crushing legal victories and judgments that might even be, oh, what is the word?

Collectable.

Melony's last name is spelled wrong in the affidavit. It seems pretty speculative, while it seems he is pretty shady, I don't know that they can recover from him. Doesn't Jerry work at the Jordan New Life Hub?

They're not going to recover from him because he was dropped a while ago from the civil suit.

As for where he works, word is he no longer works at The Neighborhood Hub. I assume that's what you mean? Though it's not in the Jordan church. What do you know about where he works? Melony may not be able to collect but I have a judgment of just under 4 grand against him.

Uhh, why isn't there an app for that? As in, if the man has an income, he files taxes, yes? After he submits on April 15th, why can't the State of MN immediately garnish his return, or slap it on his balance? Is there a rhetorical font app for this?

Why don't you just tag him in Northtalk?? LOL

Used another plugin and downloaded the affidavit. The error message said the the problem was with generating the view with google docs. Still says that.
