The same individuals who are knocking down 3018 4th St. N. appear to be involved with the recent demolition of my former property at 3016 6th St. N. With the house debri removed, it appears landscaping is beginning, bit by bit. The drumbeat of revitalization fills NoMi with the sound of clanking backhoe treads.
Will anything be SAVED?
OK, actually, I'll ask that question another time when I'm actually worried. This little house had to go, and everybody was better off for the deal. Maybe I should give real estate advice to Lennie Chism.

Speaking of landscaping and Lennie. He did cut the grass/weeds in front of Uncle Bill's yesterday.
Margaret, he did it? Or his "friends" at the city?
I think it was Lennie himself but I could be wrong. I saw a guy in a ball cap moving bags of trash around. Could have been him. No city truck in sight.
wow, that's great to know about our future neighbor. after weeks and weeks of asking him to perform a routine maintenance task that he should have done without being asked, during the time when he's trying to make a good impression on the neighbors so that they will support his convenience store plans, he finally complies. that certainly bodes well.
