The Good Sports Bar and Grill, located at 200 W Broadway, is a new business opening in an area this blog has called "The Hawthorne Annex." This area also contains the hottest new bar around.
The Levy brothers, the owners of Good Sports, have brought their proposals before the Hawthorne Business Committee, Crime Prevention and Family Safety Committee, and the full Board. The new owners and staff will coordinate with Donnie Dirk's and Halek's to form a watch group to keep the area clean. The neighborhood has supported the business proposals and crime prevention measures at every level, and we hope to see final approval of the plan today!

Good post, Hawkman. Geez, you're really rocking on the posting. Keep up the great work!
The business and liquor licenses got approved and we'll be having another quality sit-down restaurant in Hawthorne shortly.
Hooray for NoMi!
