A Jordan resident forwarded some photos and information about 1564 Hillside Ave. N., the house which was at the center of the Larry Maxwell mortgage fraud case. (Extensively reported on this blog)
Here's the latest: word on the street is there's a director's order to demolish the house this week. How quickly that happened once the fraud trial was resolved!
These photos show, from top to bottom...
A sign that appeared on the house, pointing out that mortgage fraud and ID theft equals...well, ya'll can read the writing on the wall for yourselves. In the next picture, a city inspections vehicle at the property. Note that distinctive color blue on the garage. That is known in the Jordan Neighborhood as "Reitman Blue" because Keith Reitman constantly uses that particular shade of blue on his properties.
Kieth Reitman was the seller in this fraudulent transaction. Former JACC Executive Director Jerry Moore received $5k, skimmed off from the seller's side, according to evidence in the Larry Maxwell mortgage fraud trial.
The last photo is truly one for the ages. Fungus growing out of the walls has literally taken the form of some kind of...mushroom.
Seriously, what was the last time you saw MUSHROOMS growing out of A HOUSE WALL? This is the horror movie that John Foster and Melony Michaels endured because of identity theft, used in the course of mortgage fraud involving this property.

I guess it's a good thing Centennial got the $40,000 insurance money for the wind damage and winter freeze damage before demolition! Ugh!!
Imposter Foster sentencing tomorrow at 1:30 (I'll be there at 1pm) Judge Cahill on the 7th floor.
