How do I know crack heads get in here every night? Because the position of the shoes on the stairs keeps changing.
I called this in on or about April 25. It's still wide open to trespass. This is the one I'm making an example of, to see how long it takes. I messed up my little experiment with the OTHER one by calling the housing inspector and pleading for action, which came immediately.
But the experiment for documentation purposes continues with this one.
