This pile of garbage already had a 311 reference number when I called it in. This is behind the "open for business" crack house I called in to 311 on or about April 25.
Sigh. Well, I plan to be picking up trash with the good folks from Hawthorne, starting in about eight hours, so maybe I'll find a way to swing by and get this mess.
