The Nuts and Bolts of a 311 Call

Post and videos by the Hawthorne Hawkman

At last week's 3rd Ward CARE Committee meeting, the director of Minneapolis 311 walked attendees through what happens when citizens (and visitors!) call 311. Since this blog promotes calling 311 as a wonderful civic service, I had to get video of this presentation.

(Do not click "read more," but do call 311 on a regular basis!)

Oh, now calling 311 about potholes is considered snitching? My, how our standards have dropped around here. But don't worry, we're pulling those standards back up, little by little, every day.

Stop Snitching! Can't we all get along and stop snitching on each other? Why don't you people come over to the used bed store and try your hand at some craps and a blunt instead of all this damn hatin'?!
