I was under the impression the "no go area" surrounding XCel Energy Center would be "fenced off" from the protests. The reality I found along St. Peter Street was different...only a couple minor traffic barriers.
Are they going to put the fence up late tonight? Or is it just going to stay this way? I see quite a spectacle of "direct action" a-brewing if this is all in the way of physical barriers keeping XCel Energy Center from tens of thousands of protesters.
